"Wowowee" visits Dubai; kicks off 2009 TFC World Tours

This marks the beginning of Wowowee's 2009 TFC World Tours, which is part of the 15th anniversary celebration of The Filipino Channel (TFC) and the 4th anniversary of the ABS-CBN noontime show.
